Trained beauticians with experience on particular devices are rare. Advertise open roles directly on your studio page, name the treatment areas, show a careers teaser and take applications with their certificates in the system.
Email reminders are included in every plan. When a treatment is part of a course, a no-show costs more than the appointment: it shifts every remaining interval. Both. In booking mode you decide whether online appointments are confirmed immediately or first land in the system as a request. For device-based treatments that need a consultation beforehand anyway, the request is the more honest route — the first consultation itself can still be directly bookable.
Yes. You set repeat appointments up as a series — the classic facial every four to six weeks, a course of six sessions at the interval it calls for, each with the same person. That way the whole series stands in the calendar instead of only the next appointment.
No. Appointments can also be viewed or managed as a guest with booking number and email. A dedicated client account is optional.
Yes. These are free notes on the client that you word yourself and that are visible again at the next appointment. Salon Wizard does not assess any of it and does not prescribe any treatment, it only keeps what you have documented. Hosting is in Germany, GDPR-compliant.

No. Online bookings through your own salon website are commission-free — no matter how many appointments your clients book. You only pay the fixed plan, without marketplace-style booking fees.
Email reminders are included without limit in every plan and cost nothing extra. Text is an optional extra channel: you top up a balance from 10 € and every reminder sent is billed individually — at the same price whichever supported country it goes to. Credit never expires, and nothing is spent without your say-so.
Yes. You set the sessions up as recurring appointments with the interval the treatment needs. Every appointment in the series stands in the calendar, reminders go out beforehand, and in the client record you see where you are in the series.
No. The salon software runs in the browser on desktop, tablet, and smartphone. There is nothing to install — calendar, client records, and online booking are available everywhere, including on the go.
