Do I lose reach without a marketplace?
A marketplace makes you visible to people who do not know you yet – borrowed reach, which disappears again along with the profile. Reach that stands on your own name and your own address stays yours. Your own booking page serves first the clients who already know you and come back; they need no go-between to find their way to you.
Can I keep using Booksy alongside it?
Yes. Many salons keep a marketplace profile for new clients and steer their regulars to their own booking page. The two do not rule each other out.
Does Salon Wizard charge per staff member?
No. In the Team plan staff are included at no extra cost, whatever the size of your team. Only additional locations cost a fixed, transparent add-on that you see before you book.
What happens to my client data?
