It is part of the plan and not an add-on module.
What you give up
Being findable at Planity. Anyone searching there for an appointment nearby will not see you afterwards, and the new clients from that search go away. plan-it-now has trade and place lists of its own, but they carry only the businesses on our software and advertise for nobody, so count on a far smaller channel: your page mainly gets found through your Google listing, your channels and your confirmation emails.

Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant. Your client records belong to you and are not passed on to a booking portal.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Every plan can be cancelled monthly, or taken as a cheaper yearly plan – with no per-staff-member surcharge inside the plan.
How does the billing model differ from Planity?
A booking directory usually charges a subscription and invoices card payments and extra services on top of it. Salon Wizard charges one plan that includes the feature scope and the team. We deliberately do not quote other providers' figures, because figures go out of date – the model does not.
Can I take my client data with me from Planity?
Ask for the export while your access is still running. Which fields a provider releases, and in which format, it decides for itself – a promise about that is not ours to give. Client records, services and opening hours you set up with us afterwards.
What happens to my directory entry?
It ends with your contract there. Check the term and the notice period first and plan the move around them. Until then you can build your own booking page for free and let both run side by side for a while.
How long does the move take?
That follows the scope: services, team, locations, and how much history you carry over. So we do not promise a fixed timeframe. Because building and testing costs nothing, you work at your own pace and set the switch-over date yourself.
