The common way to bill salon software is a subscription per bookable team member. It sounds fair and it penalises exactly what a growing salon does: hire someone, and you pay more software from day one – before that person has served a single appointment.
Within a plan, another team member costs you nothing extra here. The price follows the scope you use, not the number of heads. That makes the bill predictable: in January you already know what the software costs in December, even if the team has grown by then.
The three plans build on each other, and you move up when something is missing – not because a limit was crossed. Solo is for the business one person runs. Solo Plus arrives when more of the day needs covering. Team is the plan for a team and for more than one location.
The only item that scales with size is additional locations: they cost a fixed, transparent surcharge you see before you book – on one contract with one bill, rather than a licence per salon. A second location therefore does not double your software costs.
Monthly plans are cancellable monthly, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for – nothing lapses early, and there is no notice deadline to miss. You cancel yourself in the backend, without a phone call or a form.
While you are still trying things out and no plan is running, you can switch plans there at any time to see a different scope. The annual plan is the same thing at a lower monthly price – the longer commitment is what pays for that, which is why the monthly plan stands beside it as an equal.
