How does the billing model differ from Salonkee?
A booking platform charges a subscription according to the package, and depending on the programme referral or payment fees on top. Salon Wizard charges one plan that has the feature scope and the team inside it. We deliberately do not quote other providers' figures – compare the models, they hold up longer.
Can I take my client data with me from Salonkee?
Ask for the export before you cancel – while your access is still running it tends to be easier. Which fields you get, and in which format, is up to your current provider; that is not something we can promise. Your records you then set up in Salon Wizard yourself.
What happens to my current contract term?
It does not end because you move to us. Look up the term and the notice period in your contract and put the move on that date. Until then you can set Salon Wizard up for free and let both run in parallel.
How long does the move take?
It depends on services, team and locations – a single business is finished sooner than several branches. So we do not promise a timeframe. Setting it up and looking at it costs nothing, so you go live only once your page is complete.
