No. Online bookings are commission-free — through your booking page, and from Solo Plus through your own salon website as well, no matter how many appointments your clients book. You only pay the fixed plan, without marketplace-style booking fees.
Email reminders are included without limit in every plan and cost nothing extra. Text is an optional extra channel: you top up a balance from 10 € and every reminder sent is billed individually — at the same price whichever supported country it goes to. Credit never expires, and nothing is spent without your say-so.
Yes, through recurring appointments. You set the interval once, the follow-up appointments land in the calendar and the reminder goes out automatically. The product remains one consistent salon system; demo and examples are tailored to nail studios.
