Do I pay commission per booking?
No. Online bookings through your own salon website are commission-free. Unlike marketplace platforms, you pay a fixed plan instead of a fee for every appointment.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The software runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and smartphone. There is nothing to install – calendar, client records and online booking work everywhere.
Can clients book without creating an account?
Yes. Clients can view and manage appointments as guests using their booking number and email address. A client account is optional.
Is my client data safe and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Hosting is GDPR-compliant in Germany (EU). Client data, notes and bookings are transmitted encrypted.
