How much does Salon Wizard cost?
There are three cumulative plans – Solo, Solo Plus and Team – each billed monthly with the option to cancel any time, or as a cheaper yearly plan, with no surcharge per staff member or location within a plan. Do I pay commission per booking?
No. You pay a fixed plan instead of a fee for every appointment. Every plan includes your booking page on plan-it-now, the directory of businesses that run on our software: there is no switch to flip for it — the page answers as soon as your name and one location are on file. Guests book with you directly, with no commission, no ranking and no paid placement.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The software runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and smartphone. There is nothing to install – calendar, client records and online booking work everywhere.
Can clients book without creating an account?
Yes. On every plan, clients can view and manage appointments as guests using their booking number and email address. From Solo Plus, a client account is available as well.
Is my client data safe and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Hosting is GDPR-compliant in Germany (EU). Client data, notes and bookings are transmitted encrypted.
Can I manage multiple salons or locations?
Yes. In the Team plan you can add as many locations as you need to one account – each with its own opening hours, staff, services and prices, with no per-location surcharge.
