Salon Wizard fits the single practice and grows with you when a second house, a hotel spa or a seasonal wellness area is added. Treatments, team and prices are controlled per location, while bookings, reviews and the guest records come together in one account.
Wellness sells through atmosphere, and no thumbnail in a portal shows that. Rooms, treatments with how they run, team and reviews sit at an address that belongs to you. A free web address is included, your own domain on request.
Trained massage and wellness therapists are in demand, and they pay attention to which house they work in. Advertise open roles and shift patterns directly on your website, show a careers teaser next to the gallery and take applications with their documents in the system.
Email reminders are included in every plan. If a guest stays away, it is not only the time set aside that goes unused but the room prepared for them: a text the day before reaches guests where they are already looking. You enable the channel per reminder stage and top up a balance for it.

No. Online bookings through your own salon website are commission-free — no matter how many appointments your clients book. You only pay the fixed plan, without marketplace-style booking fees.
Email reminders are included without limit in every plan and cost nothing extra. Text is an optional extra channel: you top up a balance from 10 € and every reminder sent is billed individually — at the same price whichever supported country it goes to. Credit never expires, and nothing is spent without your say-so.
Yes. You store a separate duration per treatment and add the time for preparing and clearing up on top. Short and long treatments then sit side by side in the day without appointments running into each other.
No. The salon software runs in the browser on desktop, tablet, and smartphone. There is nothing to install — calendar, client records, and online booking are available everywhere, including on the go.
Yes. Hosting is GDPR-compliant in Germany. Client data, notes, and bookings are transmitted encrypted and stay in your account.
