No. Online bookings through your own salon website are commission-free — no matter how many appointments your clients book. You only pay the fixed plan, without marketplace-style booking fees.
Email reminders are included without limit in every plan and cost nothing extra. Text is an optional extra channel: you top up a balance from 10 € and every reminder sent is billed individually — at the same price whichever supported country it goes to. Credit never expires, and nothing is spent without your say-so.
Yes. Enquiries about larger motifs come in as booking requests and only become an appointment once you confirm. Until then there is room to clarify how much time the motif needs, whether a consultation beforehand makes sense and who on the team will do it.
No. The salon software runs in the browser on desktop, tablet, and smartphone. There is nothing to install — calendar, client records, and online booking are available everywhere, including on the go.
Yes. Hosting is GDPR-compliant in Germany. Client data, notes, and bookings are transmitted encrypted and stay in your account.
